Deepaka Tulupule, a seasoned finance professional with nearly two decades of corporate experience, assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer at Quess in September 2022. In this role, he oversees the financial operations of Quess’ Workforce Management Platform, managing General Staffing, India IT Staffing, Search & Recruitment, and International Staffing sectors. With previous senior roles at XLHealth Corporation India Private Limited and Mphasis Ltd, each exceeding 8 years, Deepaka garnered extensive expertise in financial leadership and controllership.
Prior to joining Quess, Deepaka honed his foundational finance skills at BPO F&A delivery centers of prestigious multinational corporations like Accenture, Affiliated Computer Services, and OPI Global, laying the groundwork for his successful career in finance and accounting.

Ronak Tambe serves as a General Manager at Quess Search & Recruitment, bringing over 13+ years of valuable experience to the organization.
After joining Quess in 2019, Ronak has been managing Captive Clients and overseeing a large staffing portfolio. He leads a team of 150+ professionals, specializing in serving clients across diverse sectors, including Products, Auto and Engineering, Telecom, and Digital Engineering. He actively participates in PWD hiring initiatives and played a key role in NASSCOM Campus Hiring for Quess. Additionally, Ronak has been at the forefront of digitization efforts, leading his team in the beta-level implementation of platforms such as Callify, UCP, and Interview Services.

Sachin Vohra has been associated with Quess since 2009 and heads the Recruitment, Executive Search, and the RPO business at IKYA. With over 15 years of experience in recruiting, Sachin successfully manages the IT, ITES, non-IT, and volume hiring business verticals for the Company. Prior to joining IKYA, Sachin has worked in the technology sale space for over 6 years. He has also worked with Adecco India Ltd. as a General Manager. Sachin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the Pune Institute of Technology.

Lohit has over 25 years of experience across industries such as Textiles, Auto Components, and Services with focus on product and services, sales and business development along with proficiency in manpower outsourcing programs with emphasis on managed services across industries. Lohit is currently the President of Quess’ Workforce Management business, having joined Quess in the year 2011 as General Manager Sales for Staffing business. Lohit also serves on the Executive Board of ISF, a leading Staffing Industry Federation in India that represents over 100 staffing companies, since 2018. Lohit was elected unopposed as the President for a second term – 2022~2024 at the Indian Staffing Federation and has been interacting with industry leaders, employers, and the Government regarding the representation of the industry for both immediate and long term development of staffing in India while increasing formalization of the Indian workforce. An eminent speaker and industry influencer, Lohit has been a speaker on multiple forums, including the ASU GSV conference 2019 at San Diego representing the India chapter, the Yuwaah launch conference at New Delhi conducted by UNICEF in Nov 2019, and at many conferences conducted and hosted by the Indian Staffing Federation (ISF) across India.

Sunitha Karthikeyan is a seasoned HR leader and currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for the Workforce Management platform. With over two decades of HR expertise and leadership, Sunitha guides our global teams across India, US, APAC, and Middle East. Since joining Quess in January 2017, Sunitha has been the driving force behind our HR success, orchestrating talent strategies and driving organizational excellence.
She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune, and a General Management Program in Business Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
Sunitha started her career at Wipro Limited where she dedicated 16 years at the company excelling in variety of roles across India and the Middle East, showcasing expertise in change management, organizational integration, talent strategy, cross-cultural sensitivity, and HR business partnering.

An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and St Stephen’s College, Delhi, Marcel is one of the senior-most HR professionals in the country. Across a career spanning 38 years, Marcel has worked with several prestigious organizations like Voltas, ITC, The East India Hotels, Xerox, The Royal Dutch/Shell Group, SAP India, and Raymond. He has served as the Regional President of the National Human Resource Development (NHRD) Network and a member of the National Board for several years. He is also associated with the CII and the Employers Federation of India.
